I offer digital and physical products, courses, events, and coaching services.
All offerings are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
3. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase, unless an installment option is explicitly offered at checkout.
Refund Policy
I aim to keep my events, workshops, and performances fair, transparent, and considerate of both participants and the preparation involved in each experience. Because my offerings are often small, carefully curated, and limited in capacity, the following refund policy applies to all bookings unless otherwise stated on a specific event page.
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-recoverable booking or payment processing fees where applicable.
Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund, or may alternatively be transferred as credit toward a future event or workshop.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another person free of charge, provided I am notified in advance via email.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another participant up to 24–48 hours before the event. Please ensure I am informed of any ticket transfers so I can update attendee details accordingly.
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule an event, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a new date. I will always aim to notify attendees as early as possible in such circumstances.
In exceptional cases such as illness or emergencies, I may offer a credit toward a future event at my discretion.
Failure to attend without prior notice (a “no-show”) is not eligible for a refund or credit.

For physical products purchased from my shop, no returns or refunds are available once the products have been collected in person or dispatched/shipped.
For digital products and downloadable items, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or share purchased materials with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of this website or my products or services.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
